Faux bois can be done so many different ways it's hard to ever tire from it. From wallcoverings to accessories- even to furniture, chances are if you're looking you'll find it in faux bois.
I, myself, am a lover of faux bois wallpaper.. and totally fantasize about using it in a powder room like the one below done by Ben Dhong..
Designer Ben Dhong, Apartment Therapy
Though I'm pretty sure going to sleep at night staring up at a faux bois ceiling would be pretty amazing too.. though it might cause a bit of insomnia..
Designer Philip Gorrivan, Elle Decor
Love how the paper was run horizontally below..
Designer Kara Mann, Metropolitan Home
If you're looking to faux a space of your own Anthropologie's Woods wallpaper is always a fun option (I love it so much I recently posted about it here)..
But if you're interested in a more consistent, grainy look try Martha Stewart's new paintable faux bois paper (available through Home Depot)..
Wallpaper is fun, but it can also be costly and fairly permanent. If you're looking for less of a commitment try some of these fabulously faux accessories instead..
